OK, last, we've got one more thing that you can consider doing in terms of putting things in writing:

You can develop your own personal SkyVillage notebook.

The thing is, SkyVillage is freaking enormous. Many, many ideas are going to come at you, and they are going to come at you thick and fast. This sucker is dense.

As you work through the vastness of SkyVillage, you are going to encounter specific conversations and discussions that directly apply to the issues and challenges that you are facing in your life.

Other conversations are likely to be of less value.

So, here's what I suggest:

When you encounter a page or conversation that has a direct bearing on your life, and addresses challenges that you are facing, then print out those pages.

Then, punch three holes in the side of the pages, and enter them into a three-ring binder that you keep for this purpose--your "SkyVillage Notebook". That way, the more important and impactful coaching conversations that you encounter can be emphasized, so that you don't lose them in the enormity of SkyVillage.

You can also write notes to yourself on these pages, or on other pages that you add to the notebook.

It might work for you to do this in combination with developing a self-coaching notebook, which I talk about here. You can make it all one notebook, if that works for you.

In adding to this notebook, then, over time, you will develop a specifically useful coaching tool that will assist you in focusing and concentrating your self-coaching onto the specific topics that have the most bearing and impact on the quality of your own life.

This will assist you in growing and moving forward in the areas of your life that will have the greatest impact in your joy, happiness, productivity, fulfillment, affinity, and satisfaction.
