Your Coach Is
Sometimes An Asshole
Yes, I myself, your beloved coach Ellis, am an asshole from time to time.
But am I mostly an asshole? Am I an asshole most of the time? Or am I mostly a joyful, loving being?
That's complicated.
I have worked hard over the course of my life, and in particular, over the course of the last decade, to become a predominantly joyful, loving being. This website is an expression of that growth and evolution.
However, from time to time, I still find myself thinking and feeling, and in some cases even speaking and behaving, like an asshole. So, I am not sure if I am mostly a joyful, loving being as of this writing. In all honestly, I suspect that I am not. But we'll see.
