Our current idea: if you are stuck in life, then you are stuck with a way of being that isn't working for you.

So, let's look at some examples of "ways of being".

You see, in general, in the way that we use our language to describe these things:

"Craving something" is a way that you are. "Being obsessed" is a way that you are. "Procrastinating" is a way that you are. "Easy-going" is a way that you are. "Persistent" is a way that you are. "Phony" is a way that you are. "Being really determined" is a way that you are. "Fearful" is a way that you are. "Focused" is a way that you are. "Freezing up" is a way that you are. "Charismatic" is a way that you are. "Being disgusted" is a way that you are. "Being comfortable" is a way that you are. "Insecure" is a way that you are. "Being attractive" is a way that you are. "Bored" is a way that you are. "Enthusiastic" is a way that you are. "Productive and efficient" is a way that you are. "Reliable" is a way that you are. "Stressed out" is a way that you are. "Honest" is a way that you are. "Selfish" is a way that you are.

All of the "ways that you are" add up to your level of functionality and capability. All of the "ways that you are" add up to your real world results. All of the "ways that you are" add up to your quality of life.

That's why we keep saying:

Overwhelmingly, the quality of your life shows up in accord with who and what you are as a being.
